Have you checked the kill switch? fuses? main switch works correctly?Tried a new spark plug? Checked the spark plug cap resistance? It should be 10k ohms.

Sandzilla,
Just to confirm, you changed the primary coil (stator), pickup coil (part of stator assembly) and the ignition coil (front of quad) ?

Make sure the connectors at the ignition coil are clean, you should get about 30volts DC at the ignition coil with ignition on. while measuring the ignition coil voltage, turn the KILL switch from run to off and be sure the voltage changes to 0 to confirm the kill switch works.

Yes I installed a new primary coil and pickup coil. I took the ignition coil from my wolverine and tried it on the warrior instead of buying a new one. So with the ignition turned on I should have 30 volts at the orange wire on the coil?

I had the same issus twice in the past year on my 98 warrior. The first time i swapped out the stator/pickup coil. 6 mths later, no spark again and I just replaced the pickup coil AGAIN! Where did you buy your stator from?
