What are all the things that I would need if I want to make an R6 quad in a YFZ450 frame? Things like a lsracing frame, new longer (how long?) swingarm, ect... Thanks

 

why put an r6 engine in a yfz frame? just buy an r6

 

You would need to customly make the frame since there aren't frames out ther for YFZ's that are made for R6 motors.. You don't even own one yet... Just leave the engine it has in it.. That thing has plenty enough power already.. And if you put an R6 you would need a massive swing arm and it would lose the whole purpose the the quad being made for MX and SX racing.

We are putting a Gsx600r motor onto a two seater go kart. We are beafing everything up and we put the front end of an old VW bug onto it because we wanted front brakes and it was just a beter way to upgrade the whole front end. You may ask why the hell would you do that, well because in my tech class my teachers son wrecked his bike and had no use left for the bike and we had a kart with a motor that was shot. Plus the whole bike was mangled he slid out going around 60mph and the bike went end over end. Oh and his helmet saved his life it had big chunks missing out of it and was really messed up. I just thought id share that.
