Look at the High Performance Shootout a few years ago between the Z400 and the 'Dale. The Z won. That was ridiculous. The Dale did everything better, had a lot more power, EFI and had friggin Ohlin shocks for crying out loud but the Z was "more friendly" and had reverse...I thought it was a HIGH PERFORMANCE shootout, not a "friendly sport quad" shootout.
The Gas Gas is treated the same way. Actually, I think it HAS Ohlins too. If you're not part of the IN crowd, you get no kudos.

i think the GG300 smoker is like $7500 and the GG450 thumper is over $8000 or $9000 i believe. i havent been on their site recently but i know the numbers were SOMETHING like that. it may seem steep at first buy they are a full race setup quad. not like the yfz or R they have wider A-Arms, high perf pipes, dual or tripple rate shocks with rezzies, extended swingarm and axle, race wheels and tires, and the motor is built some what. im sure i missed some things. this all comes stock.
only bad part is they are ugly as all hell.
