Default Drag Racing... losing gracefully

Yesterday I was involved in my first drag race. I was beaten badly by a banshee that had at least pipes on it. On the way back I looked over to give congrats to him and wave. The guy took off like a bat out of hell dusting everthing out. I hate to see what he would do if he lost.

Anyway whats the proper way to lose and or win a drag race. Any etiquette or should I have acted like an A$$hole two?

I thought this was for Fun?

Sorry your first experience was a bad one....drag racing flats, up a hill or whatever is a blast.

All you can do is keep it fun for yourself. Treat people the way you wish to be treated. Some people take this stuff to seriously but most are out for a good time. I live in Vegas also, where were you racing?

I live in Vegas also, Where are you drag racing at?

The way to get even is to make your bike faster than his, OR have him meet ya somewhere and tell me when and where and Ill get one of my bikes and we can give him a mopping. I have a few bikes here in vegas that run decent.

Thanks Mark, How the Heck and where the heck have ya been? Im doing a little better since the car accident but not near 100 percent though. Im sending my bike down to the beech for a major change on my current motor. And I have another chassy for a bigger motor. Ill be back in action soon.

At Glamis, If you didnt notice my bike wasnt normal. I went home and realised I had burnt off spark plug tips and a backed out cam chain tensioner. I should have looked everything over before sunday But you know I had a date with a bottle of Jack Daniels the night before.LOL. Live and learn I guess. The next time ya ride my bike I guarantee it will be up to par..

How are you doing? Hows your bike?

1sandraptor and Annihilater....

Thanks for the support I was riding at the Jean dry lake bed. Thats when I came across him and he gave me the nod to race. He beat me through the gears and top speed. When the dust setteled I tried to give him the congrats and wave but he didnt acknowledge me. He may even be a member on this forum for all I know.

He was riding a yellow Banshee, he had blue jeans on with a white tshirt. It looked like his helment was brand new.

Anyway if you see him smoke him He deserves it
