Default Clicking in my 660

I had a real bad clicking in my motor of my 03 raptor, so I adjusted my valve clearences to spec. It helped a littel but I still have a clicking sound but it sounds lower in the motor like maybe the piston or crank or something down there. If anyone has any suggestions I am open to them. I am very mechanical but I have never had a small engine apart just V-8's. Anything is helpful

Any other symptoms? Does it get louder when you rev it? Does it go away when you rev it? Can you feel it in the case with your hand? Is it different when cold than hot?

I found out what the problem was. My front mount on my nerf bars was loose and the bolts were rattling around and making the sound. I was riding the other day climbing creek banks and rolled my quad down the hill. I t didnt hurt the raptor any, or me . It was a lot of fun. Also I ride a lot at high speed and I was wondering if I went with a big bore what would be best for durability compared to horsepower gains the 673 kit or the 686 kit?
