what throttle position does it cut out at? are u full throttle? 1/2? 1/4? 1/8? id say try turning ur air screw in a half to a full turn and see what happens. if ur hitting the powerband fine but cant get into it easy, kinda sounds like ur bottom end is leaning out as it gets hotter. but ur main and needles are set good so the powerband still rips like hell. based on my experience w/ jetting my bike, when the bottom was lean but the main was good, it would bog at like 1/4 throttle then all the sudden hit the powerband and rev out fine. play around with ur airscrew to see if anythin happens

Thanxx..Appreciate the responses.I tried the air screw(turned in 1/2 turn) yeah it made a big diff in bottom end.I don't even need to gas it to take off now.I'll try the needle clip next chance I get, and stay posted.By the way, think it's 3/4 throttle to full throttle,BUT ONLY at high rpm's,before really hitting the powerband. It dont do at low rpm's,even at full throttle.

Marcus,If you gettin sick of that thing I'll take it off you're hands. LOL Do you know off hand what jetting you have in the blaster ?I sent Daniel's cylinder off for port and polish this week ,I'm sure I will need a starting point with the jetting when I get it back.
