Default 03' warrior idle problems

My buddies got a 03' warrior, we took off the carb to clean out the junk one day, and when we put it back on, it would start up and rev itself out. We took the carb off of my warrior, and put it on his warrior, and it did the same thing. The throttle cable isnt stuck or frozen, and theres no holes in the manifold. Anybody have any help???

Thanks,
-Dan

put everything back on the right quads, then check to see if the choke cable is getting pulled or if there is a manual choke make sure it is not turned on. Did you play with any of the jetting? If you did that may have messed it up some. But there really isnt anything too obvious that could be wrong with it , sorry hope my suggestions help.

also, when u adjust the idle, on most quads it is made so that when u adjust it, it will rev up high for about 10 seconds and come back down by itself. have u ever tried adjusting the idle or is there anything wrong with the idle adjustment.
