HAVE THIS 02 RAPTOR THAT WAS RODE 3 WEEKS AGO AND RUN FINE. WENT TO START IT SAT. AND IT WILL NOT RUN IF YOU TAKE THE CHOKE ALL THE WAY OFF. IF YOU LEAVE IT ABOUT 1/2 WAY IT RUNS OK. I TOOK THE CARBS OFF AND TOOK THE JETS OUT AND CLEANED AND USED HIGH PRESSURE AIR TO BLOW THROUH THE PASSAGES. STILLS DOES NOT RUN. PUT NEW SPARK PLUG IN, CHECK THE VALVES, CHECK THE COIL, UNHOOKED THE PARKING BRAKE AND CHECK THE PLUNGER, CHECK ALL I CAN THINK OF. WHEN TRYING TO GIVE IT GAS IT POPPS OUT THE EXHAUST. I AM ALLMOST SURE IT IS IN THE CARBS. AND IS A LEAN PROBLEM. I DO NEED SOME HELP PLEASE.

sounds like your mixture screws got tweaked some how, I had the same issue but have no idea how it ever happened.. ran fine one day and horrible the next. Turns out my mixture screws got tweaked and was running super lean

Before you go changing mixture screws, drain the gas, pull the carbs and clean the jets. There are no fuel filters on Raptors. It is common for a little piece of dirt to clog one of them. Then, with one carb plugged, the bike will run on full choke but, fall on its face when taken off.
I doubt your mixture screws changed when you weren't looking.
Good luck.

It sounds like a clogged pilot jet.

and once youve cleaned em all really good again, go to your local auto parts store and buy an in-line fuel filter. they are about 2 bucks i think and they do alot for keeping junk out of your carbs.
