Default crunching

Last night i went for a ride and after about two hours of rideing there was a crunching noise come'ing from the rear end checked to see if theres slack in the axle bearings theres very little and the wheels turn freely any ideals what this can be ?

I'd guess those axle bearings are the culprit...leave it on the ground and move it side to side...is there side play in the rotor or sprocket...is the axle nut loose?

How is the chain and sprockets?

Stupid question but is your chain to tight?
