06 raptor 700 temp light ?
I bought after doing all the reseach I could and love it in everyway, however the temp light seems to be coming on and I can not seem to get the fan to turn on. the coolant does not seem hot and it seems to be running fine. but I have not heard the fan turn on and it seems to turn on only when I keep the rpms up for a long time which is a lot. so has anybody else had this problem because my friend bought the same atv and his never turned on.
other then the temp light. I love it and it keeps up if not passes the 450. most of all I was impressed with the balance and suspension in the dunes at Glamis

Ive never had my light or fan come on. I dont even know where the fan is its hidden so well. My guess is that its on the back of the radiator.
Mine is moddified and is ridden hard with no problems. Ive had it out to Glamis twice and Ocotillo twice, and love it too Dwink.

Bubba and Dwink are the only ones Iv'e read about with these problems so far. Why can't you guys get them repaired under warranty?
Have you guys done any mods? Have you pulled out your baffles? Do you have your air box lid off? If you do either of these and don't run an after market EFI controller you will be lean and have overheating probs.

i dont know why either, no offence but there doesnt need to be 5 posts about the same issues, they need to take them to the dealer and see what they say, test the fan and the sensor and see what the prob is, if my bike was doing that i would be in the dealer quick.
