Default 01 Banshee bogging down

Any one have any ideas why my banshee would go from running great one day to bogging down and barely running the next?? I've taken the carbs apart and cleaned them changed the plugs and cleaned the air filter. The engine has a fresh rebuild on it and has only been ran about 3 hours so far.

Check and make sure your parking brake is off. If it is on, your Banshee will NOT rev up. It will just bog down when you give it gas....Did you check your compression? It should be around 125psi or so on both cylinders....
Check and make sure you have a strong spark as will, could be an ignition problem.....
If these things check out ok, then its most likely your carbs......

Make sure your parking brake is NOT on...... If it is, this will effect the T.O.R.S.

The connector plug is located on the upper left side of the frame, behind the radiator....

Yeah I went out and srewed around with the e-brake and the bike fired right up and run but back fired a couple times. I did notice that the e-brake was moving some so I held it in place and the bike still back fired a little but reved up good. Thanks for the help if anyone has anymore ideas please let me know.
