Yeah you have a fuel problem,Take them off and clean real good.Make sure the floats are not sticking and blow out your pilot and main jet with a compressor.Also take your fuel petcock off your tank,there are two small screens that get clogged with crap,Clean those and put it back together and give it a shot.Remember not to mess with any fuel/air screws or your idle screw,it will be alot easier then trying to tune them later.Let me know.
