780cc?

has any one seen a bore kit bigger than 780cc for a raptor660 i'm lookin to build a stroker

Powroll has had an 800 or so for some time, possibly bigger by now. I've heard rumours of bigger from other shops.

their is a 840cc floating around the atv world somewhere...expect to see it at the wars.....

wow an 840! that must pull your arms out of there sockets when you punch the throttle lol

how could they bore the walls of the cylinder that much i mean 660 to an 840 thats a big difference

If using the stock cylinder / jug, apparantly a lot of stroke is coming to play. Obviously, a longer rod would be the way to go to decrease piston side load and increase ultimate potential output in a reliable manner. With too much stroke one winds up with an engine not capable extreme RPM's simply because of friction....or sacrificing upper RPM power. Good to see you around Zombie.
