ive run the open tip before, its obnoxiously loud though. YOU ONLY HAVE SIX DISCS!!!? your hurting the motor on power i think i have like 20 discs on mine, the more work you do, the more discs you need to add(stock is 13 discs) when you do get your bike back together, let me know and maybe i can meet you down at KMS, take it to him for the dyno jetting $100. I have the open tip, curious so see if it make a difference on a 686. Are you going out for new years? and are you going to be able to make to FSWS?

read my previous post....im well aware of CT's notice on the website, point in hand i have one of the few open tips(never use it though) i was curious to see if master raptor was going to dyno his bike i would like to see how the open tip performs, i would be willing to be it would work excelletn with a hi comp 686 or bigger.

I am running 22 disks. 6 extra.
I will let you know when it goes to dyno. There is this awesome race shop by me called AEO motor sports. 83rd and Union Hills. They have a dyno. They will actually tune the bike and break it in on the dyno. These guys are cool! ahhuhu ahhuha (butt head laugh)

(It will include jets, needles and air box instructions) If you call CT with your mods, they will tell you how to jet your carb and disk your new pipe. Sorry that you are stuck with an E-series. That was the pipe I started out with too. It's a great exhaust for a chick bike, but not a Quad Patrol bike.

Sorry that you are stuck with an E-series. That was the pipe I started out with too. It's a great exhaust for a chick bike, but not a Quad Patrol bike
