You use an 11 tooth? Did you increase tires to 22"? How is it for chain wear? That sound like a very tight radius for the chain.

He ordered a 12 tooth front from Renthall and a 43 tooth in back. They said it would be roughly the equivilant to an 11 tooth in front without the tight chain radius. He gets it this week.

Ya I run a 11 front and stock 40 rear, it works fine the chain and sprocket may where a little faster but not to much its worth it. You could go up to a 43 in the rear and a 12 in the front as the comment below suggest but you'll have to shim your rear skid plate down and you'll loose ground clearance I wouldnt recomend doing this because the thing sits low enough already. I have full prm skids on my raptor I would recommend them to everybody there great, the stock swingarm skid offers no protection (plastic). Try an 11 if you race HS or woods ride and you'll love the differance. I also just put a set of razors on the back with banshee wheel and I off set the wheels this lets the raptor corner at high speed great the razors enable the quad to slide and the wheels give it a little wider stance for steep off cambers or high speed turns its a awsome combo.

No I didnt go to 22" tires I put 20" razors on it, I'll run the stock radial in the winter.
