when i run my raptor it will push out radiator fluid out of the overflow[after it's been shut offf and just sitting there] but when i turn it off it isn't drawing the radiator fluid back into the rad. i checked the fan and it works . my next test will be the fan sensor switch but other than that i don't know what's up. the quad is running good and it has only pushed out about a 1/2 cup of antifreeze but yet it has me concerned any help would be appreciated. your head gasket is blown, ive had many of them

 

I concur...have you overheated the machine lately?

 

inexperienced here with small engines but Im having the same issue with overheating and blackened sludgy coolant but I drained the oil and dont have any water in the oil.. wouldn't a blown head gasket cross into both?

 

Mabey, but not always...time for a flush and a pressure test.
