Default Dumping Gas

Alright.. when I got it... it was running a little rough, needed a little tuning. Well in the process of my 1st tune, It started to backfire. So Adjusted, well I took it for a ride and through the gears and hit 4th WOT and huge backfire. It blew off the tip of my silencer. I found that the rubber washer underneath the carb cap was torn apart, possibly leaking the extra air in causing the backfire. So while I was in the carb, I rejetted to 270. Put it back togather, and now an excessive amount of smoke is coming out.

I just noticed that my coolent bottle under the seat its slowely losing fluid, so most likey when it backfired I lost a headgasket perhaps? If the coolent gets down inside the jug what kind of damage or cleaning will I have to do? Will the coolen reach the crank case?
