Help Warrior clutch adj.

Default Help Warrior clutch adj.

hello warrior owners,
i have a 2003 that my wife rides.
the clutch seem like its almost not there, it lets out with only a quarter of the lever let out.

when i pull it in its the last quarter that releases it.

the clutch strill grabs good and does'nt seem to slip

i have adj the lever with the recomended amount of end play.

is there another adj.??

or is it time fore new clutches

help!

the ONLY adjustment for the clutch is on the perch..

Default Help Warrior clutch adj.

You can adjust it with the clutch arm (above the right side engine cover) taking it off the splines, and re-positioning it, and there's also some room for adjustment with the threaded part of the cable, where it attaches to the bracket at the engine.

The adjustment on the perch IS NOT the only adjustment for the clutch

just ride the quad and if you put it in a gear high and punch it and the rpms climb and your speed dont change. clutch is bad.

you can take allotta play outt athe cable with the adjustment on the right side where the cable is held on the clutch cover. shouldnt have to move the position on the shaft.

just wanted to here the opinion of other warrior owners to see if that clutch position is normal.
