Default Beef up the clutch?

I am looking to get some more power out of my Rappy. I have a full Yoshi and k&n set up. I want to add an 11:1 piston, hotcams stg2, and a P&P job. Should I start beefing up my clutch once I do this? If not, then when?

It won't hurt, at least put GYT-R fibers in there until you can afford a new basket.
