Nobody can help you until you take it out and get a plug reading and see what the a/f ratio is like when it's bogging. Most likely it's too rich, but nobody can tell you that without you doing some work for yourself and getting it up to the bogging point for a few seconds, then cutting the motor and checking the plug color. Idling it wont tell you a thing unless the problem was at idle.

The idea is to get it wide open for a few seconds. Even if it's bogging down that's what you need to do. It's probably bogging down from an extreme lean or rich condition, and a plug chop will show that. It doesn't matter how smoothly it's running, the plug should still take a reading.

It has a 5th gear though. In 4th gear anything over 1/2 throttle it starts to die and roll too and stop and this will not matter?

doesn't matter what gear, gearing doesn't affect jetting.

Ok.I put a new inline fuel filter and i blew threw both before i put it on and you could feel a difference. It did clean up some of the bogging but not much. There was some gas in the bottom of the airbox, wouldn't that mean it's too rich?
