dude im so glad i live in TN,here we can ride anywhere we want,cops try to catch us on public highways we just run off and go of onto a side trail-quite a rush.

 

In Arizona all it takes is a mirror, a horn, and about $150.00 for vehicle license, insurance and registration and you can ride your quad on the interstate or any where else you little heart desires.

It's weird to pull up to a red light and look over to see a Z-400 and Banshee sitting next to you.

 

are u serious,that rocks,but riding the interstate would wear tires out fast

if they impound it, you ca nget it back.. if they seize it then you can't get it back...

 

didnt know all these stupid laws,cops just want the money when they sell them.

 

if the cop SAID it was impounded... then you can get it back... and if it was impounded and they said you are NOT getting it back, it would of had to of been used in a more serious crime... or the quad is stolen...

 

In order to get it back, all you have to do is go back to the PD that took it, fill out the paperwork and pay the storage fee. Now if they've seized it... Your basically SOL, you'd have to go to court to get it back.

 

At this exact time they were screwing with you, I wonder how many real crimes were happening.

I know everybody in your town now feels safer now that your quad is not on the street on 5 gallon buckets having its tires changed. How much tax payer money did it take to have 1 unmarked car and 3 patrol cars there.

Crap like this is what alienates the younger generation from cops and who can blame them. There are a lot of great policemen but those few power hungry jerks need to realize the harm they are inflicting on the reputation of all policemen.

 

Have you contacted any of the media over this? Maybe the general public doesn't know this is going on, and how much manpower and money are being used.

Not to rain on your parade, but unless you bought a dirty quad, that dirt had to come from somewhere. Maybe that has to do with the police raid.
