Your message to ArmyMan coordinated and confirmed by me, ScramblerDrew! Even with the precise and responsive unique torsion-bar suspension, the Valiant was a handful, long may they wave!
(An early 60's Valiant stands in a nearby parking lot, the model with the artistic faux-Continental spare tire embossed on the trunk lid; tears of nostalgia flow every time I see it.)

ScramblerDrew & Diogenes,
My dad only had the killer Valiant for one year. The next year he replaced the Valient with a real muscle car. A 1964 Plymouth Barracuda.
True the first-year Barracudas still had the same 225 Slant-Six as the Valiant from which they were derived, but Boy-Oh-Boy did they look cool.
