Default Whats next for the Warrior???

My son has an 02 Warrior, it has a White brothers slip on, White brothers filter, jet kit, new 20" Holeshots in the rear, 5" spacers on the rear axel and 3" on the front, nerf bars all around. What is the next performance mod that can be done? Is the CDI box worth the money?

Hello:

How about some better handlebars? Or prehaps a pro design pro flow kit to replace the stock style drop in filter? The CDI would be a good investment also. It raises the stock rev limiter so the engine can make power a little longer.

Hope this helps

What bars, CDI, and filter mod would you recommend?

Ok, lets see here...

As far as bars go, there are MANY great bars out there, it's just a matter of preference. Go to a local shop, pick up a few sets of bars and see how they feel. I would go with aluminum bars for sure, they are lighter, stronger, and greatly reduce vibration. I have a pair of Renthal Raptor 660 bend bars on my warrior and I love them! they enable me to sit more upright on the quad therefore making it WAY more comfy to ride for a long time. I have pics of them on my pic page.

The filter... Go with the Pro Design Pro Flow filter kit. it comes with a UNI Filter and an aluminum plentum that bolts in the stock airbox and then the filter clamps to the plentum. This prevents air leaks that let dirt get in the engine and allows you to run no lid on the airbox for more power. The stock filter design uses a foam seal to mate the filter cage to the airbox. This lets grit and dirt get in and can ruin your engine. The Pro design kit fixes this problem.

The CDI... This I have no clue. I have'nt ever messed with one yet. There are plenty of others on here though that have.

Hope this helps
Jack
