did you try anything yet? i'm 95% sure it's the voltage regulator. My van did the same thing and that's what I narrowed the problem down to.

Default Blaster Headlight Problem

I have not tried anything yet. Only thing I have tried was replacing the bulbs without touching the glass. And this did not work.

No one else has had this problem? I guess I will start with replacing the voltage regulator and then go from there. .
