Default Grizzly 660 front diff. problem

Picked up a used '02 660 Grizzly. Everything worked great but the valves needed adjusting. I pulled it apart, adjusted the valves, put it together and now it runs great only it's stuck in 4 wheel drive with the diff lock on. I've gone through the wire plugs several times, cleaned them and used dielectric grease, replaced the three 4wd selenoids, checked the 4wd fuse and it still won't work. When I push the buttons, the servo doesn't make any noise at all. Any ideas? I must have something plugged in wrong.

Sounds to me like the servo motor is stuck in the Diff-Lock position. The early model Grizzlys were either a hit or a miss with the servo motors. Sounds like you gotta miss...

I'll pull it apart and check the servo motor.

I have a miss for sure. Pulled the servo motor out and the diff lock was stuck. Did the battery thing deal that was explained in the manual to reset it,slid the gear over and put it back together. Works fine, but the motor doesn't sound right. I'll order a new one tomorow.
