Remove the bolt from the bottom of the exhaust near the end. With a pair of pliers or vice grips pull the baffle straight out by gripping the center hole. It is easiest to have one side of the pliers in the hole and the other on the outer lip. You wont have to get it jetted, it will be significantly louder.

It's actually a spark arrestor and it does quiet the exhaust down quite a bit. I ran my warrior like that for 2 yrs and had no problem and I have my raptor like right now. It is "required" in most state parks though, but you can put it back in and out easily.

short answer = Not that I know of

I removed mine, makes the quad louder but not a good sound like a FMF, HMF or other performance type muffler. More like a car with a hole in the muffler. I did not notice any change in performance.

Yep, sure could. That baffle is also a spark arrestor, and besides the risk of fire, there is a risk of a hefty fine for riding on public property like that.

I would add stickers way before removing the baffle.....stickers are worth about 1hp a piece

Making your quad louder only gets you a a small bit of power.......HAHA
