Default help me out banshee guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a 03 banshee with jets and toomey t-5's. But it dont have the lower RPH pull that i like if i port the sleeves will it give me more snap in the bottom end?

what jets? your pilot is probably too big

remove your airbox lid, oir run pod filters..

Yeah, it's pretty hard to get low end power out of a 2 stroke.

Lets see. 270 mains---ok, fine. Stock needle position----ok fine, maybe try 1 clip richer . No bottom end power????? Stock pilots??????????? Try #27.5 or #30 pilots to richen the idle to 1/4 throttle circut. ALL circuts need to be richened not just the mains, unless you like your shee to run like **** except at w.o.t.

#27.5 or #30 pilot is WAY too rich for his mods, also, don't beleive that all "circuits" need to be richened.

midnite if you don't beleive me, i'll show u a video of my shee that has more mods than his and STILL only has 310 mains

I think what the deal is that on take off without working the clutch is that you have to ride into the powerband before it takes off. I think what he is looking for it some way to shift the powerband down to kick in sooner. Reed spacers???

If you want low end snap, your on the wrong bike.

A big CC 4 stroke is the ticket for that.

What ever speedy. Go to the BHQ and see what other people are running for jetting. My 99 runs 320 mains in the summer, 340 in winter and #30 pilots year round, with air screw adjustments per season {i ride at 600 ft above sl}. All it has done is a pro flow and procurcit pipes on the 99. As a matter of fact, when I got the bike, it had a hard stumble at idle to 1/4 throttle {everyone claimed it was a rich stumble]. I went 2 sizes up in pilots and guess what? The stumble disapeared, and I gained some low end power, { I didn't have to rev it to the moon to take off from a dead stop}. Stock a banshee uses 200 mains, and #25 pilots. Adding pipes makes your main jetting sizes 7 {270} to 14 [340] times larger than stock. But 2 sizes bigger on pilots is "way too much"????????????????????You can look at all the vids you want, I have 2 banshee's in my garage, and I'm not blowing smoke up anyone's a$$
