How are they going to machine the case's without getting metal shavings into the engine assembly?</end quote></div>

I understood them to be able to machine them in the bike by taping off the inside of the cases and around the rod with paper after cleaning it and getting everything prepped, then they will probably use a die grinder after marking where the new sleeve needs to sit into. Then I would guess they will use a shop vac to suck up all the metal shavings to clean everything up.

I will be following the same break-in that I used on the wolvy to begin with, Warm it up and then vary the rpms often with reaching full power on occassion so that I seat the rings up as far as I can. Then I will ride it for about 100 miles (like I did on the first break in) and change the oil to the new yamalube synthetic oil with a new filter(first time I will have changed it to date.)

Here is what the wolvy looks like at the moment.

I found out they will be ready for the bottom end on thursday morning, so everything should be done getting machined by friday.

So with any luck come Saturday I will be breaking it in.

sounds great!!!! I hope you get good results. I would like to do the same maybe next year. I also want to do the machine work to the clutch that hawk makes. Of course i'm not going to send the clutch to USA and then back to CHILE, so i want to do it at a good machine shop here. So i will be very thankfull if someone can give me the measurements of the clutch before and after the clutch work so that i can do here.
and ctateusa1 congrats for your bbk , wish you luck
