Default Warrior Help

Yea Thanks for the help.

Well heres a new question...

I know I can get a CDI box that wll add timing and up the revs. All I want to do it Up the revs. My buddy and I are going to have some Turbo fun with the warrior. Right now we are getting all the parts to bring it to new parts and then wanting to have some fun.

He was wondering if there is a wire to be cut or something? He knows the Hondas you can cut a wire or something.

Thanks for the help

If you want a higher rev dont mess with a rev box and Definatly dont go cutting wires thats bad news and a half. If you want higher revs get a new camshaft. White brothers makes a nice one as I have one in my Wolverine which is the same top end as a warrior. Is it stock? You want more revs and more power easy 5 step process....

1) slip on exaust
2) K&N filter with outerwears and cut some holes in airbox
3) High compression piston from Wiseco (obviously new rings clips etc at this time)
4) Higher lift camshaft (white brothers makes a nice one)
5) REJET..... any of these mods dont ride after doing without re-jetting that 36mm beast youve got between your legs.

CTATV was right, but if you only want higher rev's you can get other rev box limiters that up the rpms...you really should have a rev limiter on it, so you don't blow your engine. in reality there is Very little advantage if any, to Just getting higher rpms, you wanna up the HP not the rpms, haha.

O yea I know RPM dont make you faster. I plan on putting a turbo on it. So the revs would be very nice to have. Thats why I wanted the higher revs

I have a warrior and a banshee and personally, dont buy a banshee to trail ride, the two bikes are made for totally different purposes. Warrior is a great trail bike, but the banshee is made for speed. You have to build rpm to make a banshee go which does not work on trails. My warrior however will basically pull itself without even using the clutch. Just a thought, wouldnt want you to be dissapointed, that would suck!
