Raptor 350 +2 a-arms
Have been trying to get my raptor to corner a little easier. Everytime I whip the little sucker around I end up on 2 side wheels. I have been looking at a few wide a-arms that are available for me. Full Flight and a few no-named on e-bay. Has anyone got an extended front end on their 350? Please give some help.

What kind of guidance are you looking for here? How much are you looking to spend in total? Like raptor450 just said, when you buy one suspension component you're led to buy another, then another, then another. It won't be as simple as just getting new a-arms, bolting them on, and instant cornering, with the extra leverage put on the stock shocks, plus the difference in widths, you'd probably end up even more unstable then when you started.
Another thing that can help keep all 4 on the ground is some better tires if you still have stock ones on it. A squared profile tire in the rear, like a holeshot or razr, helps keep it from tipping.

I am running holeshot GNCC tires. I have 3.5 inch extended rear wheel hubs but was going to wait untill I got the front lengthened. I have read several reviews that have scared me away from axle swaps like axle nuts backing off, bending and longevity. I put a piece of masking tape on the garage floor and rolled the quad ontop and maked the length of the front and did the same to the rear. The front measured up to 39.5" and the rear 43". If I just lengthen the front +4 it will make it 43.5" front and 43" rear still stock. As for shocks I have purchased a set of used YFZ piggyback shocks that are longer and have adjustments for high and low speed. I was just wanting to know if anyone had tried longer a-arms on a 350 and what brand was used. There are no reviews anywhere on raptor 350 a-arms. And will I still nedd to widen the rear after I widen the front since they are offset from the factory.
Thanks

actually I just put YFZ450 shocks on my wifes raptor 350 and they work great. They are actually valved a little too soft so we might send them out to TCS to have re valved. all i had to do was grind a little aluminum off the bottom shock mount. as far as wearing parts out they do not put much stess on the ball joints with the suspension drooped out.

Thanks guys, I know now more than I knew earlier. +3 a-arms would make a big difference in my stance. What about the rear, should I put my longer hubs on after I widen the front? The factory setup puts the rear wider by 3.5" in the rear over the front. Does the front need to be more narrow that the rear? Are all quad like this?

There's some quads with wider front's when im done with my raptor 350 the front will be 2 inches wider than the rear stock the front is about 3-4 inches narrower than the rear that look's stupid to me. im not real big on it but there's a site called diamond J or something like that for 200 bucks that will send u a quad rodding kit lol to make it up to 6 inches wider check em out..

I like my rear axle an inch or two narrower than the front end, a narrower front end helps get the back end to slide when you want it. You don't want much more than 2 inches difference either way though, if you get much of a difference you start getting some stability issues.
