Warrior Rear brake question
There's only 1 piston on the caliper, so only one side compresses while squeezing the rotor between the 2 pads. You can rebuild the caliper real cheap and easy, it's just 2 rubber o-rings you have to replace. Also make sure your fluid is full and you bled them good.

yeah but dosent the caliper free float on the rotor? and the mouinting brakect has 2 compression dealies, not bolts, but bolts???? They compress so you can get it back on the bike right? other wise mines in the way and one side will compress but the other won't....
Hope that makes sense.

I had the same problem on my Wolverine, was having a hell of a time tring to get that piston in..tried everything, then I pulled out the bleeding screw and pushed on the piston..With a squirt of fluid it went right in lol..I'm pretty sure the other guy is right,It only squeezes from the piston side and pinches the rotor between the two pads..Then when you let off the brake, the rotor moves a little off the pad that does not move..I may be wrong, buts the way I think Yamaha's disc brakes work

Ooo you have no fluid running to the brake now??Hmm I'm not a brake guy I hate doing them, but there may be some fluid in there..Give it a try,if that don't work..I can't help
My rear brake is screwed also..No matter how I bleed it,once I get it so they will lock with the foot brake, the hand brake wont move at all lol..tried bleeding useing the hand brake, once I tighten it up,its so damn tight it wont move lol..I gave up..I'm a old bike rider,so on instinct I use the foot brake for the rear anyway..
Plus the rear brake sucks only being on one side,in wet conditions it's thrown me sideways more than a couple times
