You mentioned something about the choke, which just leads me to keep believing there is something up with the carb. You need to check the float, check out the choke mechanism and give it a COMPLETE teardown and rebuild, running a wire through all the passages to be sure they are all clean and clear. Also, I would check out your mixture screw to make sure the needle hasn't broken and the whole thing isn't screwed in too far.

This is a really, really, really long longshot but since I'm assuming you have compression, fuel, and spark, the only thing I can see missing is air. I know you cleaned your filter but I've seen mice and other rodents build nests in machines....check out your intake. I know it's a longshot and might be impossible but GL anyway.

no but according to what the schematic says and my troubleshooting section the rectifier wouldnt cause it not to start it would not charge the battery it seem like its out of time but im wondering if the cdi that i recieved is firing at the wrong time but it will only fire when the mag rolls around the coils its definitly a basterd to figure out

What kind of CDI is that? Cheap CDI's are known to pose issues like this from time to time, and other weird ****. The only way to go is OEM or Dynatek.
