well i just came back in from another battle of wits with the warrior and i lost again lol i rotated the motor and set the cam mark at noon after the int valve is closed (power) stroke ant the "t" is lining up i rolled the motor over with the starter and pointed a timing light in the hole (no "t") and the cam is firingat real close to 1 o clock so i marked the case at 1 o clock and i marked the flywheel i removed the cam gear and re-checked the pin it is good i reinstalled the cam gear i removed the flywheel and the woodruff key is good i went a bit further and removed the larg started or one way gear the bearing and the washer and check the crank timing chain gear it is right where it should be and lining up with its marks so i started to re assemble the lower end except i installed the flywheel without a key and lined it up with the mark i put in it and with the cam gear dead on at noon and reinstalled the case and i spun it over with the started and the timing light it was firing at noon i shot a bit of starting fluid in the boot and the flywheel slipped so what im thinking is the flywheel is not timmed for the cdi that i have but i dont know if there are differences in the flywheels or mags on the various modles of the warrior if so that would substain my diagnosis any other thought out there

Have you figured anything out because i have the same problem. Please reply with any help. I have spark......got fuel.....no fire. I have'nt gotten into it as far as you have.. I am trying to fix it for a friend 1995 warrior. He was riding it and it died. it would almost start it pulled but nothing if trying to start it normally. It chugs out the carb now and then. Getting nowhere with it.

Go to Dynatek's website or call them. They are of the best quality. They offer a one year warranty I do believe and they also will increase performance.
