Default 96 warrior no start

my problem is first the warrior died on me so i got a manuel i have

replaced the stator and pick up
the pick up coil (ricky stator)
a new cdi box
and ignition coil
all the components are within the recomended figures for ohms resistance in the manuel and it is sparking bright blue only when you hold the plug slightly off of the case when i ground the plug the spark is nothing or intermittent and when i roll the engine over it coughs out the carb but does not start on fuel or either
some please help me out here as i am lost all i can think of is a ground short some where

My advice would be to completely clean the carb for good measure! Use carb clean and some air compression to get everything out of the jets.

i though of that also everything seem okay its getting fuel to the cylinder it has compression and it has spark but when the plug threads touch the cylinder case the spark goes away i treid a different plug i made shure the battery was charged correctly does the pick up coil have a adjustment that effects timming and when it does hit it kinds goes into a lock for a quick second and burbs out the carb then spins over

Positive it is timed right? If it is, and you have compression, then you aren't getting enough fuel or the right air/fuel mix. Check out the carb.

well i looked at the marks on the cam gear lined it up with the case i removed the plug in the mag case and lined up the spark timing line and it looked like the cam was a bit off but not much is that enought to screw things up

Don't worry about the F. Obviously one of the main components is still not right. Check your valve clearances, CLEAN YOUR CARB (as mentioned by multiple people), and clean your air filter. Also, just a longshot here, but maybe try some different gas, perhaps you got some water in that batch.

k im going back out to clean the carb air filter and check valve clearnces the cdi i am using is a new one but it is the third one the others had differebt plugs and i finaly recieved one with the right plugs a PU2101-0207 crossed from 3gd-85540-030-00 is it possible the cdi i have plugs in different IE pick up coil and primary coil reversed would that cause it to fire at the wrong time even though the primary and pick up are directly accross from each other,,, just a wild thought well ill go do the other stuff and let u know
