2001 warrior 350

When i nail the throttle in neutral and from idle the motor dies. I can just push the throttle a lil slower and revs up no problem. Just when I nail the throttle from idle motor dies. Been working on the warrior for a friend. So far new starter, battery, rebuilt carb. Rode several times seems to run down the road/trails fine. Looking for a stock baffle or muffler there is no baffle in the muffler now could this be the problem????? Any ideas??

Check the accelerator pump in the carb. The spring is known to hang up. Even better, replace it with a spring out of a click style ink pen that looks like its about the same diameter.
Edit: Also, I believe I still have my stock muffler, PM me if you are interested
