My neutral light doesnt come on somtimes when i go to start it and then i have to use the pull rope to start it.

 

Your shifter linkage probably needs adjusting. To do that:

Disconnect linkage at transmission.
With Key ON and kill switch OFF, move transmission shifter fork up or down until Nuetral light comes on. Verify by slowly rolling quad backward and forward.
Turn key OFF.
Move SHIFTER **** to Neutral.
Clean, lube, and adjust slack in the linkage, and reconnect.
Fine tune as needed.
