yes, it is a body kit from maier, http://zmperformance.com/Item.aspx?ItemID=89416 link for the warrior.

I bought the carb cause mine was bad, someone really neglected this quad before I got a hold of it. I got a lot of money in it. The carb was on sale on ebay and I got it for $100

I am having a problem with it, it dumps way to much fuel even with the needle sat at the top groove, but the keihin instructions says it is sat for a stock warrior with an aftermarket pipe and a 160 mainjet was in it.

I wish I had pics for the way it did look than you would see what I have been through. Needless to say it's almost brand new.

Can any one give me any ideas to start with the carb, if not I'll have to just bite it and get another one.

Thanks for the replys.

I've tried some different main jets and moved the clip to the top position on the needle. It runs a little better. The throttle works fine from 1/8 to 1/4 like it should but it still running to rich. It bogs down and tries to die if you hammer down the throttle from about 1/4 or 1/2 to wide open. I think I need to change the pilot jet. Does anyone have this setup on there warrior and if so what settings is on your carb.

If I do need to change some carb parts where would be a good place to find them?

Thanks for the replys as always...

Also earlier in the thread I had stated I had a .20 piston, actually come to find out I have a 10.25:1 high comp .40 piston. Sorry, I just glanced at the box and it has the 4419mo8400 part# , but the box has .0020 on it.
