yea it will make a good difference, people either do a z400 carb, edelbrock carb, or a mikuni flatside carb with an accel pump 36-38 mm, the edelbrocks do good but they dont have a choke and that sorta creates a problem if you ride in real cold conditions but there so easy to dial in and have instant throttle response and easier overall starting, but overall mikuni flat side carbs are about the best carb you can use on a warrior imo, warrior stock carbs are just kinda pooey really even if dialed in perfect they still will have a hesitation, the design just has a real weak fuel stream.

Why does a warrior carb have 2 cables going to it? Of course one is the throtle.

Two cables? Never heard of such a thing. Should just have the throttle cable, fuel line, and 2 vent tubes (one out the bottom and the other the top)

Unless its an aftermarket carb with a remote choke mount. (handlebars)

Theres a cable going to where the idle screw is on the side you take a little black cover off to get to it. And the one on top wiich is the throttle.

The one under the black cover is you throttle cable.
It enters at the top of the carb. Or at least that is how my Mikuni is.
