Default '99 Warrior 350 Need help

I'm new to the ATV scene. Just bought a used 1999 Warrior, completely stock and already have a question for you.
It ran good for the 1st couple tanks of fuel. Now it will bogg out and sputter when I rev it up. I've search this forum and have disconnected the parking switch, thinking that was the problem. It is not.
I've cleaned all electrical connections and grounds, not the problem.
Took the carb off, looks good and clean inside.
It does run good sometimes, not very often. Seems to do it after about 10-15 mins of riding.
Ideas anyone?

I'm guessing a CDI problem if it runs good til it's warmed up..... if I'm reading your post right.

$50 says it's your parking brake.. if it revs in neutral then that's not it.. Also If you don't plug in the 2 connectors it will still think the parking switch is activated

does the 99 have the park brake switch? I thought it had to be newer. I could be wrong though.
