go up to a 12 tooth front sprocket.. why do you need more power? with a stock quad with stock gearing i had no problem doing wheelies on my warrior.

There's realy no cheap thing to do. Cheapest would be carb jetting and air filter, but still looking at about $100. Then it's cams and topends. $400-800?

Thats most likely your problem, you gutted the pipe. I know when I taje out my spark arrestor assembly and use a power tip in replace of it, i lost some low end and really noticed it while going through mud holes. You might want to put guts back in pipe and see if you notice any gains in low end.

It's hard to compare stock to just pipped anymore for me.. especially after i did my cam and other goodies. It really has torque like you wouldn't believe!!!

you can re gear if you want but its not adding power its just changing your ratio, if you want more power just start out with the basic three mods, pipe, filter, jet kit something like, a White Bro E-Series slip on, Yoshi Rs-3, HMF Sport pipe, K&N clamp on filter kit or Uni Foam, and then just get a Dyno-Jet kit... if you still want more power then get a good cam and piston like a JE or something...if your still not satisfied then get better valves and springs, port it and get a bigger carb like the Edel Quicksilver, with the mods i have on mine its quick for a warrior, very snappy and lots of low end and mid range power, keeps up with 400s and other bikes pretty well.
