My ? is where does the belt ride on the secondary clutch sleeves above, flush or below? I thinking that my belt is worn. Is there any adjustment on these clutches or kits that can be put in. What is the top speed ? It seems like this wheeler should have alot more power than it does. The motor seems to be fine I think its in the clutching. What are some of the mods that can be done to these?
