99 Blaster. Strong smell of fumes??

Default 99 Blaster. Strong smell of fumes??
I noticed a little smoke coming out of the head maybe? I also can smell pretty strong fumes. This quad had the oil injection removed. The kid before me used 32:1 pennzoil. I would like to switch to synthetic?
