Default warrior carb problem

hello,
i have a 94 warrior, i just had the carb cleaned and a new rebuild kit put on, the atv will start but wont idle, only can get it to start or idle (high) with full choke on, as soon as i move the choke it dies or needs to throtttle to keeep running will not idle with choke off.

please any suggestions on what to look for, or how to set the idle screw i tried turning this in or out and didnt see any difference.

thank you

Default check the boot

check the boot between the carb and the head, its not uncommon for it to be cracked,if it is (whitch it sounds like it is)the motor is sucking in air and itll never run right or idle.
