thanks.
My throtle seem to be stuck. I took it apart at the handle bars and tooki it apart. It does not seem to be stuck their. Has anyone had a cable freeze like this or is it in the carb? If in the card how do I go about fixing? Take it apart and clean or try to replace?
From the pictures I have looked I think the bike is a YFM 225. What do lyou think?
The serial number is rubbed off the frame.
Can you tell me why their is only the electric start? no pull or kick backup. Can this be added?
I found a switch assembly on ebay. So in a couple of days I hope to have the assembly and a battery and will see what happens.
thanks again

I think TLC is right. The lever in this picture is used thus - All the way down is High I think, Center is low, and all the way up is reverse. (I could have the high and low swapped, but it's been a very long time since I've ridden a bike with this set-up) There was one instance I rode one that only had 2 positions, forward and reverse.... But find Neutral and then use the lever as shown. Squeeze first, then move lever up, down or whichever position needed.

Clean your carbs for sure,Here is instructions of cleaning a slide carbhttp://www.ripperd.com/ftp/admins/carb_rebuild/ but your ATV will be a bit different, but no matter the important things to clean on both is the main and pilot jet, choke plunger and pilot air jet.

Here is your carb Main is #19,Pilot jet is #18, Pilot air Jet (The one you count turns) #16 and choke Plunger #9

I got the carb cleaned up today. It looked like their was some varnish in the carb and the tank.
Once I get the starter switch and a battery I will try to fire her up.
I am going to try to clean the carb on the moto 4 80cc. It was not as bad as I thought.
