Help! Why is my Kodiak leaking gas??

If you didn't go through that aftermarket carb and made sure it was clean of any debris or machining shavings,has the same jetting as the original carb, that can be a problem in itself.

Try loosening screw on bottom of carb and tightening then adjust to where it just to where it stops leaking .every so often open up and it will drain and loose stuff in bottom of carb bowl and tighten to where it just stops leaking again hope it helps
