i tried adjusting the compression on my new shee and it wont turn either left or right does this mean it needs replaced or is there something i can do to fix it?

 

How are you trying to move it?
Sometimes they can be tough.
I use a big set of channel locks.

 

well at first it just turned and turned...so i took the cap off and noticed the notch was broke on the inside so i just grabbed a big pair of pliars and tried to turn it it wouldnt budge...your suposed to be able to turne it with your hand
