Boogered Pilot Screw....
How to get this pilot screw out??
No Idea how to get the screw out to replace with new one. Screw driver just slips. Quite frustrating. The screw is recessed about 1/2", so no way to try and re-make the groove with a file.
I have tried to push down as hard as I dare with out breaking the carb body, still just slips.
Ideas?

Sorry, should have mentioned, its a 1999 Wolverine 350 4x4.
I bought a screw out kit. Drilled a hole in the screw, soaked in liquid wrench several hours yesterday, then attempted to screw out. Failed, the boss that the screw sits in broke. The carb is now a paper weight.
Shopping for a a new/used carb I go....

That carb is a 36mm Mukini carb. I'm not sure exactly which one as far as round or flat side, but check this site for possibilities on a new one for better money... Prices seem a lot better than $400.00

Maybe you could call them and talk with them about it to make sure you get the right one.
Hope this helps.
