shop manuals, what do you use?
Hello to all, first i want to say i'm new here and my first post. I just picked up a 2001 warrior that has seen better days, but doesn't smoke and starts right up. anyways I'm looking for shop manuals for this and a '92 250x and i'm sure i want the actual manuals the service techs use but having trouble finding them. What I am finding is a disk on ebay in PDF format that says its the one techs use at yamaha but before i buy i would like to see what everyone uses here and if this is an ebay scam ( false statement) before i buy it and end up with clymers on disk. has anyone used these disks? and are they what they say they are? fi not what do you guys use? and where can i get them?
Thanks, John
Thanks, John

I have the Yamaha manual for my YFZ, in book form. I also have had Clymers for at least 6 different machines as well. I actually think the Clymers is probably a little easier to understand and use. My buddy has a PDF for his KTM, and that works well also. I am not sure where he got it though.
You can get manuals through a lot of shops and online like at Rocky Mountain

Thank you, i've always been told to stay away from clymers and go with the factory service manuals, but i guess to each his own thank you again. I will have these ready for spring, lord and wife willing. I'm looking at a top end for the 250x and just clean up, brakes and some wiring ( lights and get rid of the rigged up start button)for the warrior so which ever one would get me the easiest info for someone that is mechanically inclined but never rebuilt an engine would be greatfully appreciated.
Thanks, John
