Default Reverse ligh flashes while in nuetral.

I was revving my2007 350 Grizzly while in neutral to speed up the warm up process since it was buried in snow for a week and the red reverse light started flashing is this some kind of code or some thing?

Only does it while in neutral and only if I have high rpms.

Runs ok and all the gears work good.

Hmmm....
Now that you mention it, i think my old Kodiak ( and maybe Big Bear ) did this. I had forgotten about it. I always assumed it was a sort of signal to help techs in some way....maybe the RPM to check oil pressure or timing? Or maybe just telling you not to rev it any higher ( rev limiter ).

Ok I looked it up turns out it a signal telling you your over revving the motor , kind of a poor mans red line if it had a tach.
