Too many variables to answer the question? You must be paying someone to do the work....and your curious as to whether your getting charged correctly. You might contact a reputeable shop and get thier input...

No I'm not paying I'm just wondering how many hours it should take so I know if I can get it out for a road trip

If you have the engine sitting on a bench, ready to disassemble, it should take about 2 hrs to tear down,if you have the proper tools. Flywheel puller for a warrior is needed to pull the flywheel. Then you have a few hrs cleaning. Once that is done. Reassembly, its time consuming if you do a proper job, measuring ring gap, making sure everything is in place.
